I made a reservation from the website in English. I went through the payment procedure (credit card), but I have not gotten a confirmation email.
When you make a reservation from this website, you don’t make payment beforehand.
When you make a reservation from other websites, we may not answer your requests. Please contact the website on which you made a reservation.
Can I use other discount privilege?
We are very sorry to inform you that you are not able to use it.
If you would like to use the discount privilege that you saw on another website, please make a reservation from the website.
When I reach the local area, do I have to call Oasis Spa?
Yes. Please give us a call. We will verify reservation time, hotel location, your name, number of customers, and pick-up service, and check if all information given online are correct. Please be reminded that the reservation may be canceled if we don’t receive a call.
*Confirmation after you reach the local area must be done over the phone. Please do not use email to confirm.
Is price indication inclusive of tax?
No, it is not.
Please note that 10% service fee and 7% tax will be charged.
Is it possible to change reservation date and time after arriving to the local area?
Certainly.
However, we may not be able to take your request due to the booking status. Please inform us in advance.
*We do not accept email to change reservation on the day of or one day before the reservation. Please call the appointed customer service center to make any change for your reservation.
Is there any discount?
500 baht discount will be applied when you purchase Oasis Spa Pampering Package or above from this website.
*Please note that discount privilege from other resources will not be used.
When can I make a reservation on this website?
Anytime. We accept applications 24/7.
However, we may not be able to take your request due to full booking. Please make a reservation in advance.
Is it possible to change contents on the day of reservation at the reception.
Certainly. Please ask our staffs.
